This extremely special quality of olive oil obtained directly after kneading from the pulp of the olive fruit extraction. It has the highest nutrient content and more healing properties of all categories of olive oil. The texture is thick and has a very strong flavor. Produced only on request before or during the olive season (orders until early December). It must be consumed relatively quickly (up to two months after production), since after this time it has lost a large proportion of its features.
It has acidity less than 0.8%.
