As the youngest managers of our traditional olive mill, we decided to open this window to worldwide fans of traditional production and healthy nutrition, giving them the opportunity to get to know and enjoy our products. Hoping that we will live up to your expectations.

Unbroken rule of our method is the natural cold production of olive oil. For this reason, we do not use heat, we separate liquid from solid components of the fruit with hydraulic press system and we collect the final product quality on the stage of the process  required (before or after the pressing).
